Orthopedic Prosthetics Supply Agreement

This contract is for the procurement of hip and knee prosthetics and bone cements, including the establishment of a consignment stock. The items sought include: 1. Cementless hip prosthesis 2. Cementless hip prosthesis for minimally invasive anterior approach 3. Cementless hip prosthesis for routine primary and secondary coxarthrosis surgical treatment 4. Cementless revision hip prosthesis for cases without proximal osteolysis 5. Cementless hip prosthesis for femoral neck fractures 6. Cemented hemi prosthesis for femoral neck fractures 7. Intramedullary plugs, acetabular cups, and liners 8. Cemented total hip prosthesis for primary and non-traumatic secondary coxarthrosis treatment in elderly patients 9. Total knee prosthesis with metal tibial component for revision 10. Antibiotic bone cement 60 grams + mixing set 11. Cemented total knee prosthesis for severely deformed cases 12. Cemented total knee prosthesis for severely deformed cases - revision accessories 13. Preformed plates for treating femoral shaft and periprosthetic fractures 14. Antibiotic bone cement 40 grams. The contracting authority intends to establish a framework agreement with up to 99 bidders for each part, based on the most favorable evaluation criteria and the next two bidders. The framework agreement will be established for a maximum duration of 24 months or until the framework quantity is exhausted. Orders will be placed through direct orders as per the relevant regulations, considering the professional indications for the use of the consignment stock, which will be reported monthly to the successful bidders. The use of the consignment stock and the order for replenishment will be considered as an order under the relevant regulations. The contracting authority commits to a call obligation for 70% of the framework quantities.
