Facade and Glass Works for New School Construction

This contract involves facade and glass works for the construction of a new three-section primary school located at the Harlaching clinic site (Seybothstraße). The project includes a two-gym sports hall, an integrated underground parking garage, and a caretaker's apartment. The building will have five floors and two basement levels, with a footprint of approximately 2,200 square meters, a total floor area of about 9,550 square meters, and a volume of around 45,700 cubic meters. An all-weather sports area will be located on the third floor, and a break area on the fourth floor. The school is designed to accommodate three learning clusters, each with 100 students and 10 teaching or educational staff, totaling approximately 330 individuals.
