Road Marking Paint Procurement

The municipality of Constanța is seeking suppliers for road marking materials, including paint, primer, hardener, thinner, and microbeads. These materials will be used for the maintenance and creation of both permanent and temporary road markings. This includes updating old parking areas, maintaining existing markings, and signaling new traffic conditions approved by the traffic commission, such as creating one-way streets, intersections, parking spaces, pedestrian crossings, and special traffic lanes. The goal is to ensure visibility for road users and enhance traffic safety. The estimated quantities needed are detailed in Annex 1 of the specifications document. There is no fixed monthly purchase quantity, and payments will not be made for a minimum amount each month. Orders will be placed based on actual needs. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 20 days before the bid submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the submission deadline.
