Cleaning Services for the University of Rennes

The University of Rennes is seeking suppliers to provide cleaning and hygiene services across its various campuses, including the main campus, the Biological Station in Paimpont, the IUT Saint-Brieuc, and the ENSSAT in Lannion. This is an open European tender for multiple single-award framework agreements without a minimum order but with a maximum limit, in accordance with public procurement regulations. The services required include regular cleaning and window cleaning for office spaces, classrooms, auditoriums, libraries, educational workshops, and sports facilities, including circulation areas, restrooms, and technical rooms. The contract is set to start on May 2, 2026, with a firm duration of two years and the possibility of two one-year extensions. Lots 2, 3, and 6 are reserved for Adapted Enterprises or Work Assistance Establishments, as per public procurement regulations.
