Road Improvement Project for Highway 21

This project involves the creation of a road plan for the improvement of Highway 21 between Ropinsalmi and Ailakkalahti. The plan will be developed using modeling techniques, in accordance with the applicable laws regarding traffic systems and highways. The consultant will be responsible for preparing the road plan, which includes project evaluation and submission for approval, as well as establishing design principles. The scope of the road plan will be defined in the tender documents, including all necessary equipment and devices. Additionally, the work will involve planning and documentation for the following tasks: - Organizing and conducting dialogue - Developing the road plan using data modeling in accordance with the current guidelines from the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency - Submitting materials to the client's archive as per the project specifications. The services to be performed and their content are fully defined in the task specification attached to the tender.
