Consulting Services for Contaminant Investigations

The University of Konstanz and HTWG Konstanz are seeking consulting services for contaminant investigations through a framework agreement. This opportunity involves providing services as needed, with individual orders placed under the framework agreement. Typical services include: • Sampling and analysis prior to construction activities • Reporting and recommendations for action • Clearance measurements after the removal of contaminants • On-site briefing and monitoring appointments. Contractors must ensure on-site presence. Upon request from the client, the contractor is expected to commence work within 2 weeks and deliver according to the schedule of the individual order. Based on past experience, it is anticipated that there will be approximately 1 to 5 individual orders per month, each ranging from €1,000 to €10,000 net. However, there is no guarantee of this volume. The execution period is from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2028, with an option to extend until March 31, 2030, but there is no entitlement to an extension.
