Medical Equipment Supply for Civil Protection Program

This contract involves the supply of medical equipment, specifically one ultrasound device (ZDO), one urological ultrasound device, and five anesthesia machines, as part of the Civil Protection and Defense Program for the years 2025/2026. The equipment is intended for the needs of the Independent Public Healthcare Facility of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration in Poznań, named after Professor Ludwik Bierkowski. All supplied devices must be brand new, ready for use without any additional purchases or investments, and delivered at the contractor's cost and risk, along with documentation in Polish. Detailed specifications, including quantities and requirements, are provided in Annex 2 of the procurement documents. The production year of the equipment must match the delivery year. The contractor must provide a warranty and guarantee for 60 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol without remarks. The contract also includes training for the client's personnel on the operation, maintenance, and use of the supplied equipment. Only brand new devices intended for medical environments are acceptable; used, refurbished, or demonstration devices are not allowed. The equipment must be free from any physical or legal defects and must have the required certificates and markings as per the Medical Devices Act, including CE certification and compliance declaration. The contractor must submit brochures, catalogs, or descriptions of the equipment, technical documentation, and user manuals in Polish, confirming the required parameters of the medical devices. If the original documentation is in a language other than Polish, a translation must be provided. The contracting authority does not impose restrictions on the origin of the contractor or the equipment regarding market availability and participation in this procurement process.
