Construction of a complete building object based on the developed project documentation and issued administrative acts, meeting the requirements outlined in the functional and utility program and the specification of essential contract conditions. The necessary documentation includes site development plans, architectural and construction projects, technical projects, safety information, cost estimates, and other required approvals. The project must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
