Engineering Services for Small Retention Projects in Ustroń

This contract involves the preparation of complete project and cost documentation for a small mountain retention project located in the Ustroń Forest District. The documentation must meet the necessary accuracy and scope to conduct a public procurement procedure for construction works in accordance with the Public Procurement Law. It includes all necessary expert opinions, agreements, and decisions required to obtain the final construction permit, as well as any notifications or decisions needed to commence construction work. The contractor will also transfer copyright ownership of the completed documentation and provide author supervision.
