Loan Services for Budget Deficit

The contract involves providing long-term loan services to finance a planned budget deficit and cover obligations in the budget expenditures. The loan amount is up to 4,000,000 PLN (four million Polish zlotys). All transactions related to the contract will be in Polish currency (PLN). The loan period extends until December 31, 2039, with a capital repayment period of 141 months starting from March 31, 2028, to December 31, 2039. A grace period for capital repayment is required until March 30, 2029, with a repayment schedule in quarterly installments due on the last day of each quarter (March 31, June 30, September 30, December 31). The interest repayment period is 168 months from December 31, 2025, to December 31, 2039, also requiring a quarterly repayment schedule. The loan will be disbursed in two tranches after the contract is signed, with the first tranche of up to 1,500,000 PLN by November 30, 2025, and the second tranche of up to 2,500,000 PLN by December 22, 2025.
