ICT Consultancy Services for Oslo Schools

The Education Agency of Oslo is seeking to establish a framework agreement for ICT consultancy services to support schools that do not have dedicated ICT staff. The ICT manager will be responsible for on-site ICT tasks, including distributing usernames and passwords, installing equipment, setting up technology for exams, and managing error reports with the service provider CGI. This role will facilitate communication between teachers, students, and the CGI service desk, as well as with the central education administration. The demand for ICT services varies among schools; larger sixth form colleges may require several full-time staff, while smaller primary schools may only need a few hours of support each week. On average, an ICT manager's role is estimated to be 30-80% of a full-time position. Schools will procure services based on their specific needs, which may include fixed hours per week or additional support during peak times. Currently, 70-80 schools are utilizing these ICT services, with an estimated 30-40 consultants involved. The total estimated value of this procurement is approximately NOK 20-25 million annually.
