Software Supply Services for Human Resources Management

The contract involves the acquisition, installation, configuration, training, and maintenance of a Human Resources Management Software (HRMS). Each lot will be awarded separately, and services will be compensated through unit and fixed prices. Key expected services include: - Acquisition of necessary software to meet all requirements outlined in the specifications - Technical installation of the software - Configuration and adaptation to the context of the Bon Sauveur d'Alby Foundation to meet defined functional and technical objectives - Training and support for users in using and administering the solution, including assistance during the initial months of use - Data migration from old solutions to the new one - Transfer of skills regarding the configuration of the tools - All necessary maintenance for the proper functioning of the tools: corrective, evolutionary, and regulatory maintenance. Structuring the HRMS based on user needs is essential. This will lead to the selection of one or more interconnected software solutions to cover all HR activities. To be eligible for the consultation, candidates must meet the full scope required for either lot 1 or lot 2. The scope of administrative management and payroll management (lot 1) must be covered by a single solution. Candidates responding only to lot 2 cannot bid on the administrative management scope of lot 1. The future payroll management solution will be the master of HR data. Responses with partner candidates to cover missing functionalities in the proposed solution are accepted.
