    Brief

This contract is part of the development of various biomedical research projects aimed at understanding genetic factors related to sudden death and other rare diseases. The projects include: - PROSALUT2023-18: Investigating genetic bases and improving diagnostic performance in molecular autopsy through a multi-omic approach. - SYN23/02: Multi-omic approach to the genetic bases of sudden cardiac death. - PI23/01388: Multi-omic characterization of the pathophysiological mechanisms of TTR amyloidosis. - PROSALUT2023-21: Application of omics technologies in a cohort of patients with rare diseases. - PMPER2400021: Pediatric stroke rare disorders: Integrative diagnosis and treatment using multi-omics and deep learning. - INSE/HEINE. These projects require high-resolution genetic analysis for variant identification, gene expression studies, and detailed molecular characterization of samples. The procurement of genomic sequencing services will provide researchers with advanced capabilities that are currently unavailable in any institution in the Balearic Islands. The tender includes various projects to achieve economies of scale, making it more efficient at all levels.
