Construction of Social Housing in Tamboesti, Romania

This contract involves the design, engineering, technical assistance, and construction work for the development of social housing in Tamboesti, Vrancea County. The project is divided into two lots: Lot 1, which includes the construction of Block C1, and Lot 2, which includes Block C2. The contractor will be responsible for the following stages: 1. Design services (preparation of technical documentation, obtaining necessary approvals). 2. Technical assistance during the construction phase and warranty period. 3. Execution of construction works. The project is funded by the Ministry of Development, Public Works, and Administration under the multiannual program for social housing, in accordance with Law no. 114/1996. Please note that the awarding of the contract is subject to the availability of budgetary funds. If funds are not allocated within 12 months after the resolution of any potential disputes, the procurement procedure will be automatically canceled. Bidders should be aware that the contracting authority will not be liable for any damages resulting from the cancellation of the procurement procedure.
