Survey Services for Asylum Monitoring in Malta

The European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA) is seeking suppliers to conduct survey services aimed at enhancing situational awareness regarding asylum seekers in Malta. This project involves collecting data directly from asylum seekers in reception centers and implementing a multi-country data collection system. The objectives include strengthening the EUAA's role as an expert center on reception and asylum matters, improving its capacity to gather and analyze information on asylum situations in Europe, and enhancing coordination and information exchange between Member States and the European Commission. Key tasks for suppliers will include: 1. Supporting the EUAA in addressing the European Commission's needs by integrating detailed data into high-level EU meetings and reports. 2. Creating informative products for decision-makers at both EU and national levels. 3. Assisting in the implementation of the Asylum and Migration Pact by providing assessments, analyses, and situational insights. 4. Facilitating understanding and forecasting of asylum flows in collaboration with Member States and the European Commission. 5. Evaluating the performance of EU Member States based on specific indicators and procedures. This contract is valued at €800,000 and the deadline for submissions is January 30, 2026.
