    Brief

    This contract involves the supply of a real-time gene expression detection system along with necessary equipment. The detailed specifications and requirements for the system are outlined in the Technical Requirements Form, which is attached as Annex 2 to the procurement documentation. The contractor is responsible for delivering the system in accordance with the terms specified in the draft contract, attached as Annex 6 to the procurement documentation. Delivery will be made to the Cell and Genetic Therapy Laboratory (CEC) located at ul. Banacha 1a, 02-097 Warsaw. The contractor must adhere to the 'do no significant harm' principle as stated in the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2020/852, ensuring that the project aligns with sustainable investment frameworks. The contracting authority allows equivalent solutions to those described in any referenced standards, technical assessments, specifications, and reference systems, provided they meet the requirements outlined in the contract description. The contracting authority does not require the contractor to conduct a site visit. This procurement is part of the project titled 'Innovative Methods for Assessing Risk and Preventing Cytokine Release Syndrome (CRS) as a Complication of CAR-T Cell Therapy,' funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component D 'Effectiveness, Availability, and Quality of the Health Care System,' Investment D3.1.1 Comprehensive Development of Research in Medical and Health Sciences, based on funding agreement no: 2024/ABM/03/KPO/KPOD.07.07-IW.07-0218/24-00.
