Contract for Waterway and Water Body Mowing Services in Nijmegen

This is a public procurement opportunity for a framework agreement to provide mowing services for waterways and water bodies in the Nijmegen area from 2026 to 2030. The current contract for these services is expiring, and there is a continued need for this work. The Water Authority Rivierenland intends to establish a new agreement through this procurement process. The previous contract was based on a traditional specification, but after internal evaluation, the Water Authority has decided to procure new contracts for green maintenance in the form of framework agreements. The goal is to enter into a framework agreement with one contractor. Each year during the contract period, a specific task order will be issued for all work required in that year. The mowing services will include preparatory work (such as communication with landowners), mowing of waterways and water bodies during specified periods, mowing and clearing of environmentally friendly banks, and providing necessary personnel and equipment. The duration of the framework agreement is from April 1, 2026, to December 31, 2030, totaling 4 years and 9 months.
