Green Space Maintenance and Development in Pantelimon, Romania

This procurement opportunity involves providing maintenance and development services for green spaces managed by the contracting authority in Pantelimon, Ilfov County. The goal is to ensure a clean, aesthetic, and healthy environment for residents. Services will be performed in accordance with current regulations, considering the specific characteristics of the green areas and the requirements of the contracting authority. Key activities include, but are not limited to: mowing grass and maintaining lawns, trimming hedges and ornamental shrubs, shaping tree canopies, planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and other ornamental plants, fertilizing and irrigating vegetation, controlling pests and plant diseases, removing dry vegetation, leaves, and plant waste, maintaining irrigation systems (where applicable), and redesigning or establishing new green areas according to landscaping plans. Services will be provided within the administrative territory of Pantelimon, in all areas specified by the contracting authority in the documentation annexes. The estimated total area of the green spaces covered by the contract is approximately 86,837.00 square meters, as detailed in the attached technical annex (Annex 1 of the specifications – Quantities of green spaces). Suppliers can request clarifications up to 19 days before the deadline for submitting offers; requests made after this period will not be considered. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
