Environmental Quality Control Services for Road S6

This contract involves conducting post-investment environmental monitoring from 2026 to 2027 for the S6 road section, specifically from the beginning of the Sławno bypass (excluding the "Bobrowice" junction) to the beginning of the Słupsk bypass (excluding the "Słupsk West" junction). The services required include: 1. Monitoring the functionality of wildlife crossings (including small animal and amphibian passages) and assessing their technical condition and environmental factors of the constructed facilities (land use and surrounding areas); 2. Monitoring the integrity of road fencing and protective fences for small animals (including amphibians) to reduce collisions and animal mortality; 3. Monitoring natural habitats and flora to detect potential negative changes in the plant composition of vegetation communities near the proposed S6 expressway (including habitats protected under Natura 2000 and priority species, endangered, rare, and legally protected species, as well as other species and ecological groups important for assessing the environmental impact of the investment); 4. Monitoring the integrity of Natura 2000 areas, understood as the coherence of structural and functional factors that ensure the sustainable survival of species and natural habitats for which these areas were designated; 5. Monitoring the condition of vegetation plantings.
