Electricity Supply and Balancing Group Coordination for Pirdop Municipality

The Municipality of Pirdop is seeking a supplier for net electricity and a coordinator for a balancing group. This procurement aims to select: 1. A supplier of electricity for the facilities listed in Appendix 1.1 of the Technical Specification, which is an integral part of this documentation, and 2. A coordinator for a standard balancing group. The execution of the contract may require energy monitoring using either owned or rented measurement and communication tools, and the necessary schedules and reports must be provided to the contracting authority. The electricity supply must comply with current regulations, including the Energy Act, Electricity Trading Rules, and Electricity Measurement Rules. The estimated electricity consumption for 12 months, total costs, and monthly consumption are detailed in the table in Appendix 1.1 of the Technical Specification. The contractor will supply net active electricity and coordinate the balancing group for all facilities—low, medium, and high voltage—needed by the Municipality of Pirdop, as specified in the table of the technical specification.
