Renovation of the Norwegian Embassy in Warsaw

The Norwegian government is seeking a general contractor for the renovation of its embassy located at Fryderyk Fusion Gate 2A, Warsaw, Poland. This project involves working on a historic building that spans three floors and has a net area of approximately 1,400 square meters. Additionally, a non-listed garage building of 80 square meters will be demolished to make way for a new structure. Key tasks include: 1. **Demolition and Structural Changes**: This includes the demolition of the garage and the stairway on the east side of the main building, along with necessary structural modifications to the historic building. 2. **Facade Renovation**: The facade of the main building must be renovated in compliance with cultural heritage regulations, ensuring that its aesthetic and technical condition preserves its historical significance. 3. **Installations and Technical Services**: The contractor will install essential mechanical, electrical, and sanitary systems, as well as prepare routes for future ICT and security installations (actual installations are not part of this contract). 4. **Internal Works**: This encompasses the finishing of surfaces, fixed installations, and fixtures (note that loose furniture is excluded). All work must meet the specifications outlined in the tender documentation. 5. **Landscaping and Infrastructure Connections**: The project will also include landscaping around the building and establishing connections to public utilities and necessary infrastructure. The contractual relationship will be governed by the FIDIC "Red Book" and the attached contract terms. The deadline for submissions is February 27, 2026.
