IT Hardware Procurement Framework Agreement

IKK Südwest is seeking to procure IT hardware and small IT components. The contract is divided into 5 lots: Lot 1: Small Components, Lot 2: Monitors, Lot 3: iPhones, Lot 4: iPads, Lot 5: Notebooks. For Lots 2-5, framework agreements will be established with 3 economic participants per lot. Before each individual call-off from the framework agreement, a mini-competition will take place among these 3 participants, where the three most economically advantageous participants will be invited via email to submit a bid, and the lowest bidder will be awarded the contract. For Lots 2 and 5, a verification test of the offered devices will be conducted for the bidders selected for the award. Further details can be found in the tender documents.
