    Brief

This project involves replacing the existing automatic control system for the HVAC installations at two campuses of AP Hogeschool: Lange Nieuwstraat and Meistraat. The new system will be integrated into a building management system that allows for remote control and monitoring. The existing electrical boards and power supplies will remain, with only the control components being updated. The project also includes optimizing the current systems and ensuring that the new control system is expandable for future modifications. Both campuses will be managed through the new system, which should also allow for the addition of more buildings in the future. The preferred system is one already in use at AP Hogeschool Antwerpen to ensure standardization and reduce maintenance and hardware costs. The contract is divided into a fixed part for the Lange Nieuwstraat campus and a conditional part for the Meistraat campus.
