Czech Republic – Supply and Installation of AC and DC Charging Stations

This procurement process aims to establish three framework agreements that will outline the contractual terms for fulfilling specific orders related to the supply of AC charging stations (22 kW) and DC charging stations (50 kW, 100 kW, 150 kW, and 300 kW). Each part of the public contract includes: - Connecting the charging stations to the buyer's back-end using the OCPP 1.6 protocol or higher, with communication conducted via the WSS protocol; - Installation of the charging stations at the designated location as specified by the selected supplier; - A warranty for the charging stations lasting a total of 2 years. The buyer will place orders based on the framework agreement for each part of the public contract, as needed, through a competitive renewal process. Each framework agreement will be valid until September 30, 2028, and will involve four (4) suppliers selected as the most suitable based on submitted offers. The buyer is not obligated to utilize any framework agreement and may fulfill obligations early.
