Maintenance and Repair Services for GSM-R Towers in Hungary

This contract involves the maintenance and repair of GSM-R tower infrastructure, including various tasks such as: 1) Annual inspection of the fall protection system on GSM-R towers (233 locations) 2) Annual review of GSM-R towers (245 locations) 3) Torque checks and tightening on GSM-R towers, with a 5-year inspection (227 locations) 4) Measurement of cable force on steel-structured antenna supports (2 locations) 5) Lightning protection review for GSM-R towers and additional sites (229 locations) 6) Electrical safety review for GSM-R towers and additional sites (238 locations) 7) Risk analysis and assessments in accordance with the 1993 Act XCIII for GSM-R towers and additional sites (236 locations) 8) Radio work on GSM-R towers and additional sites (241 locations) 9) Infrastructure-related work on GSM-R towers and additional sites (227 locations) The contracting authority will enter into a framework agreement for the above tasks valued at a net amount of 339,300,000 HUF, with a 70% call-off obligation. The GSM-R infrastructure includes the inspection of types such as SIGMA-X, CUDEE, or DAK lattice towers, and support and maintenance for mobile telecommunications equipment from Nokia or Kontron. Additionally, necessary documentation will be prepared as part of the work, including tower inspection reports, fall protection inspection reports, and risk analysis.
