Cleaning Services for Prague 1

This public procurement contract is for cleaning services in the facilities of the Prague 1 municipal district. The services required include: - daily cleaning, - shortened daily cleaning, - weekly cleaning, - monthly cleaning, and - semi-annual cleaning. Additionally, cleaning of public restrooms in the Prague 1 passage is required, including the replenishment of hygiene supplies. The contractor must provide an on-call service (1 worker) during the specified working hours to regularly replenish hygiene supplies in kitchens and restrooms, and to perform cleaning upon request from various facilities within the Prague 1 municipal building. Working hours are as follows: Monday and Wednesday from 8 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday and Thursday from 8 AM to 3 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 1 PM. The requirements and specifications for the cleaning services are detailed in Appendix 1 of the contract proposal (Bill of Quantities). The contracting authority will provide hygiene supplies, which will be available at the warehouse located at Vodičkova 18. The contractor will distribute these supplies to the specified facilities listed in Appendix 1 of the contract proposal – Technical Specification. The contractor is responsible for providing their own cleaning materials, tools, and equipment. They must also be prepared to perform extraordinary cleaning tasks upon request from the contracting authority through a special order. Examples of extraordinary cleaning include cleaning after painters or after the installation of new furniture. The contractor must specify the hourly rate for this extraordinary cleaning in their offer. The contractor is required to use environmentally friendly and health-safe cleaning products and methods, ensuring proper ecological waste sorting throughout the contract duration.
