Project Supervision and Documentation for Acoustic Barriers Construction along A1 Highway

This contract involves providing project supervision services for the design and construction of acoustic barriers along the A1 highway, specifically between the Łódź Północ and Łódź Południe junctions. The selected supplier will oversee the project in three phases: Phase I includes management and supervision during the design period; Phase II covers management and supervision during the construction phase; and Phase III involves management and supervision during testing and measurements. In Phase III, the supervisor will verify the studies and analyses presented in the contractor's report, which includes continuous 24-hour noise level monitoring. The supervisory role includes accepting completed design work, construction tasks, and noise level studies, issuing partial acceptance protocols, and preparing settlement tables for the contractor. The supervisor will also verify and approve the main bill of quantities, project schedules, and collaborate with the investor and contractor at every stage of the project. The scope of the investment includes designing and constructing acoustic barriers, along with associated works such as dismantling existing road barriers, installing new drainage systems, and relocating road signs. Continuous noise level measurements will also be required as part of the construction work.
