Planting and Maintenance Services for Green Areas in Sulechów

The contract involves municipal services for maintaining green areas as specified in the Terms of Reference. The scope includes: mowing green areas with collection and removal of cut grass, using rotary or flail mowers; raking leaves with collection and removal; trimming bike path edges; maintaining greenery in playgrounds; arranging flower beds, lawns, and pots (annual plantings); caring for flower beds, lawns, pots, and rock gardens; planting in flower towers (annual plantings); watering flower beds, lawns, pots, and rock gardens; watering young tree and shrub plantings; arranging new flower beds and rock gardens (perennial plantings purchased by the contractor) as directed by the Ordering Party; and other specified green area arrangements. The actual scope and frequency of services will depend on the current needs of the Ordering Party, with estimates provided in the Terms of Reference. The contractor must employ workers directly performing these services under employment contracts as per Polish labor law. The Ordering Party reserves the right to verify the employment of the contractor's workers at any time during the contract period.
