    Brief

    Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin) is looking to establish two framework agreements for refurbishment works. Each framework will consist of up to five contractors per lot. Suppliers can apply for either Lot 1, Lot 2, or both. - **Lot 1**: This lot covers works valued between €0 and €250,000, which will be awarded through mini-competitions. Potential works include glazing, flooring, carpentry, locksmith services, painting, roofing, and minor refurbishments. - **Lot 2**: This lot covers works valued between €250,000 and €1,000,000, also awarded through mini-competitions. It may include general building works for refurbishments, extensions, demolitions, alterations to existing structures, and repair and refurbishment of existing buildings. Mechanical, electrical, and similar specialist works may be included or contracted separately by TU Dublin. The works will take place across TU Dublin's campuses: City Campus, Tallaght Campus, and Blanchardstown Campus. The total value of the contract is €6,000,000.
