Medical Supplies – Surgical Instruments

This procurement contract aims to establish a framework agreement for the purchase of surgical instruments. Detailed descriptions of the products can be found in Appendix 1. The contract also includes the requirement for training on the use of each product, to be conducted in Estonian at either the Tartu University Hospital, L. Puusepa 8, Tartu, or the Põlva Hospital, Uus 2, Põlva, as requested by the buyer. The procurement is divided into 25 lots, and suppliers may submit bids for one or more lots. Framework agreements will be signed separately for each lot, with terms outlined in Appendix 2 (for one buyer) or Appendix 3 (for two buyers), valid until February 28, 2029. Qualification criteria are detailed in the public procurement documents under 'Instructions for Bidders'.
