Construction Services for Trave Campus in Lübeck

The Handwerkskammer Lübeck is planning the construction of the Trave Campus in the Alt-Moisling/Genin district. The project includes the construction of three separate buildings on the site. The main building, which is three stories high, will consist of a workshop building, a seminar and administration building, and a guesthouse. Additionally, there will be a two-story utility vehicle hall located in the northwest area and a single-story operational building in the southwest area. The main building will connect the individual parts (workshop, seminar, and guesthouse) through a basement level. This procurement aims to gradually commission services related to technical equipment, specifically for kitchen technology, covering performance phases 5 to 9 as per the relevant regulations.
