Construction and Maintenance of Roads in Morbihan, France

This contract involves the supply, manufacturing, transportation, and implementation of hot bituminous mixtures for road construction and maintenance in the Morbihan department. The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders, with each lot being awarded separately. The work includes major repairs on departmental roads, which total over 4,000 km in Morbihan, with approximately 1,300 km managed by each technical agency. The contract is divided into three lots based on the administrative structure of the Technical Departmental Agencies (ATD). Purchase orders will be limited to 1,500 tons; for operations exceeding this amount, a separate contract will be utilized. The contracting authority reserves the right to use an alternative competitive procedure for projects requiring less than 1,500 tons of bituminous products if deemed more suitable. New works will be subject to specific contracts initiated as operations are scheduled.
