Fire Truck Ladder Procurement

The Verbandsgemeindeverwaltung Wissen is seeking to procure a DLA(K) 23/12 fire truck ladder mounted on a road chassis in 2026. The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous offer based on the attached procurement documents. A detailed evaluation process will be used for the award decision. Bidders will be asked to provide not only pricing, warranty, delivery, and discount conditions but also additional technical and commercial data. All these factors will be assessed according to a predetermined evaluation scheme (see attached evaluation criteria). The best bidders, for whom a comparative demonstration is relevant to the decision, will be invited to present their products. The buyers will evaluate the quality using a separate 'evaluation form.' The criteria for this are attached (see 'Criteria for Determining the Most Economically Advantageous Offer for Fire Vehicles'). The evaluations from both assessments will be combined to make the award decision. Non-participation in the relevant quality assessment demonstration will result in the exclusion of a bidder or offer from the procurement process. The comparative demonstration will take place on February 3, 2026, at Bahnhofstraße 55, 57537 Wissen, starting at 10:00 AM.
