Security Services for Tisséo Operations

This procurement opportunity is for security services to support control operations on the Tisséo transport network in France. The contract will be awarded through a simplified procedure and is set for an initial period of three years starting from April 15, 2026, or from the date of notification if later. It can be renewed twice for one-year periods. The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders, with payments made based on unit prices. The maximum commitment for the initial period is €1,500,000 excluding tax, and for each renewal period, it is €500,000 excluding tax. The estimated total value, excluding tax, includes the initial period and renewal periods. Annual estimated quantities are provided in the quantitative estimate. The services must be performed by qualified personnel who have been sworn in before a judicial court to enforce public transport regulations.
