Romania – Supply of Various Medicines 2025 - Cancelled Lots

This contract opportunity involves the supply of various medicines for the year 2025. Please note that certain lots have been cancelled as per the specifications outlined in the tender documentation. Interested suppliers should be aware of the following key details: A. According to Article 160, paragraph (1) of Law no. 98/2016, any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. B. In accordance with Article 160, paragraph (2) of Law no. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 11th day before the established deadline for submitting offers. Any request for clarification sent after the date mentioned in point A will prevent the contracting authority from providing a response within the timeframe specified in point B, and therefore, any clarification request outside the mentioned deadlines will be considered LATE.
