User Support Services for Campaign Management

The contract involves providing user support services to assist ATIH in managing various campaigns, including accounting reprocessing (RTC), Unique Social Report (RSU), financial campaigns (CF), and performance dashboards in the social and medical sector (TdB MS). The supplier will offer first-level methodological support to users during the data collection and transmission phases. Technical support will be provided by ATIH and is not included in the supplier's responsibilities. The services required include management and coordination, as well as user support. The work will be divided into three phases: 1) Defining the mission and familiarizing with tools for the initial contract period, along with outlining the new campaign and presenting updates for subsequent periods; 2) Supporting the data collection, entry, and validation phase; 3) Evaluating the user service process. Detailed service requirements are outlined in the common technical specifications document (CCTPC) for the lots. Each contract is public and will be awarded for an initial duration of one year from the notification date, with the possibility of two automatic extensions of 12 months each. The anticipated notification date for the contracts is March 31, 2026 (indicative date).
