Building Maintenance Services in France

The CNRS (National Center for Scientific Research) is seeking suppliers for the maintenance and repair of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), ECS (Domestic Hot Water), and air treatment systems in controlled environment facilities across its various delegations in the Île-de-France region (DR01, DR02, DR04, and DR05). This is a framework agreement with purchase orders and subsequent contracts, divided into four lots. The expected services include: Service P2.1: Routine maintenance of technical installations not associated with controlled dust environment facilities. Service P2.2: Routine maintenance of technical installations associated with controlled dust environment facilities. Service P3: Total guarantee service. These services encompass both recurring and corrective maintenance for all CNRS installations.
