Supply of Liquefied Propane for Municipal Hospital Calafat

The Municipal Hospital Calafat is seeking suppliers for a framework agreement to provide liquefied propane over a period of 24 months, from January 2026 to December 2027. The propane will be used to fuel heating systems and cooking appliances within the hospital. Suppliers must include the cost of the propane, transportation to the hospital using authorized tankers, and the installation of three storage tanks with a total capacity of 15,000 liters (5,000 liters each). The supplier is responsible for the installation and maintenance of the tanks, which must be approved by the relevant authorities. The hospital requires that gas supply interruptions do not exceed one day during installation. All equipment will be provided to the hospital free of charge for the duration of the contract, and the supplier will remove the tanks at the end of the contract without additional costs to the hospital. The hospital cannot purchase the tanks and relies on the supplier to provide them at no cost.
