Equipment Rental for River Management

The Syndicat mixte de gestion de la Seine Normande (SMGSN) is responsible for managing over 100 kilometers of riverbanks along the Seine, including various flood protection structures. Two-thirds of these structures are critical for hydraulic safety and require regular maintenance. To effectively carry out this maintenance, the riverbank team needs to rent various types of construction equipment, specifically non-driver-operated machinery weighing over 3.5 tons. This contract is a framework agreement with a minimum annual value of €20,000 and a maximum annual value of €160,000, lasting for one year with the possibility of three extensions.
