Technical Control and Testing Framework Contracts for DGUV V3 Inspections

This procurement process aims to establish a framework contract for the regular inspection of electrical operating resources according to DGUV V3 standards. Services must be provided in accordance with the specifications outlined in the tender documents. The work will be awarded in lots. During the contract period, individual orders can be placed by eligible companies and the contracting authority. The direct contractual partners will be Vitos gGmbH and the bidder awarded for each respective lot. The eligible company is the direct debtor to the contractor for the services rendered to them. The contract has a duration of 2 years, with the contracting authority having the right to extend it for an additional 2 years, provided they notify the contractor in writing 6 months before the contract expires. The framework contract will terminate early for each lot once the agreed maximum number of equipment inspections for that lot is reached.
