Land Development Project in Polkowice

The contract involves the development of the Dąbrowskiego housing estate in Polkowice under a design and build model. The project is funded by the Government Fund for the Polish Deal: Strategic Investment Program. The work includes the redevelopment of existing road systems in residential and service areas, expansion of the stormwater drainage network, installation of street lighting and telecommunication infrastructure, and the development of green spaces, including a linear park and sensory garden with small architectural elements.
