    Brief

This procurement opportunity involves mobilizing the 3FM Serious Request campaign in the Netherlands. Mobilization includes engaging and activating various target groups across the country to independently organize fundraising activities for the campaign. Communication will be targeted and personal, focusing on the host city of the event while also reaching out to the rest of the Netherlands. This will be achieved through interactions with municipalities, associations, businesses, schools, and individual participants, both digitally and in-person. The scope also includes delivering guest lectures and coordinating volunteers for these lectures, which will be developed by the charity. Activists will receive guidance and support from the mobilization team, which will provide information, assistance, and promotional materials. Additionally, the team will ensure that all activities comply with relevant media regulations. The mobilization team is responsible for moderating the 'Kom In Actie' platform, the central hub for registering actions and making donations. These activities are crucial for fundraising and provide valuable content for broadcasts. After the campaign, the mobilization team will ensure appropriate follow-up, including the symbolic handover of the final amount at the Glazen Huis and the administrative processing of collected checks. The mobilization effort is based on three pillars: - Activating - Facilitating - Follow-up.
