Waste Collection and Management Services in Ożarowice (2026-2028)

The contract titled 'Waste Collection and Management Services in Ożarowice (2026-2028)' involves the following key services: 1) Collection and management of unsorted (mixed) and sorted municipal waste from residential properties in the Ożarowice municipality, excluding waste related to business activities. 2) Collection and management of sorted municipal waste from designated collection points. 3) Provision of waste bins with capacities of 120 liters and 240 liters for unsorted waste, as well as bins and/or bags for sorted waste. 4) Equipping collection points with bins of 120 liters, 1100 liters, and containers of 3 m3 and 7 m3 for municipal waste collection. 5) Organizing at least one large waste collection event per year in designated areas for each village, either as a collection event or a drive-through service for residents. 6) Organizing at least one collection of textiles and clothing per year, with a drive-through service for residents. 7) Conducting environmental education in educational institutions. The estimated amount of waste is 7505 Mg, with an additional 10% as an option. The minimum guaranteed amount of waste corresponds to 70% of the maximum gross remuneration. The contractor may subcontract parts of the order. The contracting authority does not require the contractor to personally perform key tasks.
