Agricultural Machinery Procurement for Waste Management Project in Bretea Română

This contract involves the procurement of agricultural machinery for a community platform project aimed at the storage and management of manure in Bretea Română, Hunedoara County. The project is funded under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), specifically Component 3: Waste Management, Investment I2. The required machinery includes a backhoe loader, tractor, loader arm, two trailers, a manure spreader, and a vacuum tanker. All offered attachments (trailers, spreader, vacuum tanker, loader arm) must be technically and functionally compatible with the self-propelled machinery (tractor and backhoe loader) to ensure safe and efficient operation. A unified procurement approach will ensure technical compatibility and reduce compliance risks from purchasing from different suppliers. These machines will enhance operational capacity, comply with environmental protection standards, and optimize manure collection and management processes. The delivery time for the machinery is a maximum of 90 days, which will be a factor in the evaluation. Note: The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests as per Article 161 of Law 98/2016, amended by O.U.G. no. 45/2018, no later than 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers. Clarification requests can be made up to 18 days before the submission deadline. Requests for clarification submitted after this period will not be considered.
