Theater Seating Renovation Project

This public procurement contract involves construction modifications to the auditorium of the Divadlo Pod Palmovkou located at Zenklova 566/34, Prague 8. The aim is to enhance visibility and comfort for the audience. Key tasks include dismantling existing elevation structures, installing a new steel framework with a new floor and surface finish, replacing seats including upholstery and numbering, refurbishing and adding railings, modifying the balcony area to create a space for technicians, installing new floor coverings, and performing related minor construction work. All work will be conducted exclusively indoors without affecting the exterior of the building, and no change in the building's usage is required.
