Medical and Hematological Supplies – FISH Probes for Analysis

This contract aims to establish a framework agreement for the purchase of FISH probes necessary for conducting analyses. The buyer will enter into framework agreements with up to five qualified suppliers who submit compliant bids. These agreements will last for three years from the date of signing or until the maximum contract value is reached, whichever comes first. The expected volume of analyses over the three years is detailed in Appendix 1. The buyer is not obligated to purchase the anticipated volume but will order products based on actual needs arising from healthcare service provision. The buyer has the right to increase the quantity of goods purchased under each framework agreement, including non-basket items, by 50% of the bid value, which will also be the maximum contract value.
