Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services for Municipal Hospital in Siemianowice Śląskie

This contract involves providing comprehensive laundry services, including transportation, for the Municipal Hospital in Siemianowice Śląskie for a period of 36 months. The services include the laundering and leasing of hospital linen and surgical clothing, as well as the washing and transportation of hospital linen owned by the contracting authority. Detailed conditions for the execution and acceptance of the contract are outlined in the draft agreement, which is attached as Annex 4 to the Terms of Reference. The contracting authority has specified the detailed assortment in Annex 11 and allows for equivalent offers with parameters not worse than those specified. The contractor must demonstrate that their proposed solutions are equivalent to those described in the documentation by providing a detailed description of the equivalent solutions. The contractor is also required to employ individuals performing specified tasks under an employment contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to control compliance with employment requirements during the execution of the contract.
