Waste Collection and Management Services in Niebylec (2026-2027)

The contract involves the collection and transportation of municipal waste from residential property owners in the Niebylec municipality, as well as from the Selective Waste Collection Point, from January 2, 2026, to December 31, 2027. The estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected is 2,643.0 Mg. The contract also includes the supply of approximately 593,900 waste bags, along with barcode labels identifying each residential property. The scope covers 11 localities: Baryczka, Blizianka, Gwoździanka, Gwoźnica Dolna, Gwoźnica Górna, Jawornik, Konieczkowa, Małówka, Niebylec, Lutcza, and Połomia. The number of residents from whom waste will be collected is 8,725, although this number may change based on declarations regarding waste management fees submitted by property owners. The contract specifically includes the collection and management of: 1) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, approximately 1,100.0 Mg; 2) sorted municipal waste, approximately 1,021.6 Mg, including: a) paper (including cardboard and paper packaging waste), b) metals and plastics (including metal and plastic packaging waste), c) glass (including glass packaging waste), d) bio-waste; 3) other waste totaling approximately 519 Mg, including: a) used tires, b) bulky waste, c) construction and demolition waste from minor construction or renovation works not requiring a building permit, including concrete and brick rubble; d) textile and clothing waste; 4) hazardous household waste totaling approximately 2.4 Mg, including: a) expired medications, b) non-medical waste from household use of injectable medications, including needles and syringes, c) chemicals (used paints, solvents, oils, etc.). The contractor is required to collect any amount of municipal waste placed along the collection route, both unsorted and sorted.
