Landscaping Works for New School Center in Southwest Germany

The City of Nuremberg is seeking suppliers for landscaping works at the new School Center Southwest, specifically for the first part of the second construction phase at Pommernstr. 10. The project involves approximately 2,355 square meters of concrete paving, a multi-stone system for surface stabilization to manage rainwater runoff through treatment, infiltration, and evaporation. Additionally, the project includes around 1,350 square meters of grass liner plates, 200 meters of facade gutters, 50 meters of seating walls in various lengths made of clinker brickwork, 710 square meters of planting areas, 60 tree plantings, 175 cubic meters of root protection walls made of cast-in-place concrete, 455 meters of root protection barriers made of HDPE, and the dismantling of temporary fill materials (RC material and FSS). The project also requires the installation of an automatic irrigation system and 80 tree watering systems. This opportunity is valued at approximately €1,772,226.
