Cleaning Products Contract for Municipalities in Kongsberg Region

The Kongsberg region, comprising nine municipalities, is seeking a supplier for cleaning products. Eight municipalities are looking to establish a contract for cleaning supplies for their facilities. The municipalities involved are Kongsberg, Notodden, Hjartdal, Tinn, Rollag, Flesberg (joining in March 2026), Sigdal, and Nore and Uvdal. Each municipality will sign a separate contract with the selected supplier and will manage the contract on a daily basis. The contract is limited to cleaning products, paper, and plastic, and does not cover areas already addressed by existing agreements for office supplies, school materials, catering items, or medical equipment. There may be some overlap in disposable items like gloves. The contract will last for two years, with an option to extend for an additional one or two years. Attached documents include pricing forms, requirement specifications, a draft contract, delivery addresses, and tender documentation. Please note that responses to inquiries may be delayed during week 47 due to staff holidays, with answers expected in week 48.
